Sita gives lecture at Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama

I was invited to share a lecture about my work, process, culture and leadership in Wales for students on the MA Arts Management course. The students showed a great deal of interest and I'm pleased to have connected, shared networks, and hopefully inspired some new ways of thinking about diversity in the Welsh arts sector.
